TPMS

right, I'll start with ive already used the search button....
And Google.

Can we put TPMS on our British cars? And will they work?
The search button just seems to bring up American threads (presumably as its law they have to have them)

Reason I want to know is, I'm fed up of false alarms from the warning system we get on our cars, plus I'm somewhat lazy and it would be good if I can just go through iDrive to see my pressures than have to go to local petrol station to check.

So far all I've managed to find is, it depends on whether the wheels are capable of taking the valves and that bimmian.co.uk sell the set of 4 for £100
Oh and the process for learning new sensors.
