Wastegate rod length

Does anyone know the correct length of the wastegate actuator rods? I am having some overboost issues and it might be due to the wastegates being too tight. With the Cobb OTS Stage 1 Sport and Drive and Stage 0 maps I'm getting massive overhsoots and throttle closures. Wedge/BuraQ is also trying to tune it but having similar issues.

The turbos were replaced by the dealer about 6k miles ago, but I kind of doubt they would purposefully tighten down the wastegates unless they did so as part of the normal procedure to reduce rattle. Figured I would check and cross it off the list.
