18" Summer/All Season Tires
I'm planning on getting the Alzor 030's 9" set of four and am looking for input on what tires to get. I was suggest to get 245/40/18s. I purchased a separate set of wheels this winter with Blizzaks so I am not quite concerned with snow/ice traction.
My car is a 2006 325i, therefore I'm not really looking for anything spectacular as far as precursive goes since it will almost never be going over 100mph. All that I want is a decent tire for the non winter months here in Wisconsin. I was looking into the continental purecontacts since I've read great things about them; but do I actually need something like that if the intent is for them to never see snow? My second option is this: http://www.tirebuyer.com/tires/nexen.../p/tv181001511 they appear to be a pretty good tire for a great price, has anyone has any experience with them? Price isn't an extreme concern to me since I'd much rather have something last through more miles than take a low price and replace them every year. If anyone has any other suggestions I'd much appreciate it! |
