Just throwing this up here, I will be upgrading my turbos this summer and will subsequently have my stock turbos for sale or send them back for a core refund. I have the revised OEM turbos as I got them replaced under warranty 1.5years ago at BMW Mississauga (approximately 10K kms on them, I dont drive the car much). The stock turbos have absolutely no rattle and are in perfect condition.

This is a perfect chance to get rid of your rattling stock turbos at a lower cost and get the revised OEM ones. If you are interested PM me and we can work something out. I will be doing the swap sometime mid/late April.


Many people have inquired asking for supporting paperwork to show the usage of the turbos. I have gone ahead and acquired my full service history from BMW Mississauga that outlines verifies that the turbos were replaced under warranty and the date/kms they were replaced on. Please refer to details below:




The turbos were REPLACED ON: 9/30/2013 at 74,340kms

I have taken a picture showing the current kms on my car below:



As of 3/31/2015 my car has a total of 83,349 kms

This would indicate that the turbos on the car have a total usage of 9,009kms in less than 1.5 years.

Based on the details above you can clearly see that these turbos are practically brand new and the asking price is pretty much a steal. As I had mentioned before, I only drive this car occasionally in the summer and very limited during the winter when the roads are clear. My daily commute on the car is only ~15kms, so there is very little usage on the car daily.

Just curious...how long is the warranty on the turbos? It seems your car was covered even though it was 5+ years old and had 73k kms.

I had purchased the car from the dealership as a certified pre-owned with CPO warranty. So I got the turbos replaced right at the end of the waranty period.
