bimmette: I'm with you 100%. I really want to make a career change and also willing to take less money to get the ball rolling. But with my IT background, I don't think my resume gets looked at much when I apply to non-IT jobs. I even got shunned for an IT recruiter position. My understanding is that's seen more as a sales type of position. Of course, I have no sales experience. I may just go work in Chipotle to at least get free burritos |
