FEELER SoCal (San Fernando Valley) Cavavan Bimmerfest 08

so boost nation and others have begun organizing meeting locations for various SoCal / NorCal caravans. someone proposed the super car sunday spot aka the El Camino Shopping Center for those in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. just trying to get a feeler if this sounds like a good idea for those in the 818 / 805

once a location is finalized, we can then set specifics and go into detail. im so excited for bimmerfest 08

i think im gonna go to jerrys deli way early in the morning and grab something if there isnt anything open. its open 24hrs on friday and saturday, and its pretty much down the street

no its not, its pretty much Feb. now, and BIMMERFEST is at the very start of May. So its more like 3 months

along with all the other bimmers....

im fine with meeting there too, even though theres no way 200 cars are going to stay together on the drive.

what forum/group decided to meet there? E46 fanatics?

either way works for me, im gonna roll with pure euro and hopefully as many BMWs as possible.

of course we arent gonna all completely stay but trust me every group will be within 1 min of eachother... you can go 155 mph and see BMW's straight for 10 mins.....

m3forum.net meets there e46 fanatics e36 fanatics bimmerfest.com meets there.. the BMW potion of german car zone....

Theres a meet point for San Diego, and then OC waits for San diego to catch up and then we wait for OC and San Diego to catch up...
there are group leaders....

SO yea... if you guys want you can be at El Camino shopping center, ill tell you what radio to be on (walkie talkie) and we'll tell you when to jump on 101 N (im excited now)

I prob won't have one that works with your guys channel so ill just give you my cell and can you give me a call? I'll be at the elco center.. how come no one is going to meet there?

+1 its a huge lot, but if balboa is set in stone then i can do that too. i live closer to balboa park anyway. we met there last year, it worked out pretty well. but the el co shopping center is a great spot imo
