DIY - Replacing Fractured Engine Mount Bolt

Hope this helps someone else. I had a hard time finding a good DIY, but did get some help over at this page

--- Update 4/10 ---
A family friend who is engineer in BMW's engine development pointed out that the actual torque spec is 25Nm + 105degrees. I annotated the video to represent that aswell. I will update this space if my original 50Nm + 90deg results in a sheared bolt again.
