Yes, I believe they are rebuildable. They are internally adjustable and I have not heard of a koni that is not rebuildable that is commonly available. Koni can confirm if you would like to.

I would like to sell as a set. You are more than welcome to part out the kit after purchasing though.

I'm not sure. I have heard that they are very similar in architecture but I cannot give a definitive answer.
