Just need confirmation

First off I'll say, I am sorry for posting another tire size question. I do appreciate the help.

Have already read through this forum. I'm almost sure I'm picking the right tires, but anyone who can confirm will set my mind at ease.

Car:

2009 328i e90 sport suspension(bone stock)

Wheels:

Front - 19x8.5 35 offset
Rear - 19x9.5 33 offset

Tire choices:

Front: 235/35/19
Rear: 265/30/19

I can roll the fender if need be. Also could someone tell me why most people seem to run thinner on the rear?

Perfect fit. Shut up and do it already. I'm running the same tires (although on 18") and same widths.
