They make one hell of a kit! If I was going too mount that's the kit I would get! I am installing one here in about a week actually.
I currently have a fftec bottom mount which I love! |

Payam's kit? It's been out for months and has shown excellent results. Esp. for a top mount, spool seems very good.
He's a really solid dude as well, and has been super helpful with customers.

Mine will be going tomorrow. I have a build thread that ill be updating with progress. I'll probably tear the car down tonight and have it running by tomorrow. I still have a clutch, fuel system, and meth to finish installing so i wont drive it until Sunday. Payam is by far the best person i've ever dealt with when buying a turbo kit. FFtec was a joke, and some other big vendors i've had dealings with on other platforms.
The kit quality is top notch, smooth transitions, great welding, and it was almost a shame to have them coated

I wont get into it but i've had my dealings. No doubt on the work, some of their welds get a little cocky though for looks and not function. Andrew, Do you read anything i post ? Hell no im not going with the 6465. I loved the 6466. To me there isnt a better matched turbo, especially for my end goal of 700. Spool, power, efficiency, and longevity.

My dealing with fftec were great. From order time to delivery was 6 weeks. I havnt had a single issue with them or my kit.
And have to agree with Chris. The 6466 is a perfect turbo for this car! Great spool and insane top end power. At the end of the day go with whatever works for you. Stealthy or flashy. 600rwhp or 800+ they all 3 of the big guys produce great products. |

I used to think the 64mms were too large for what this motor displaces, but seems like folks are getting them to spool nicely now a days. For a 700WHP setup it's def a great option. Enjoy it! Quote:
But in my experience their customer service was....arbitrary. Seems like its' hit or miss. In fairness, there are other fabricators and turbo shops that have missed deadlines by years rather than weeks/months.

I've seen one kit in person demolish a C7 in a straight & the Vette owner U-turned & bounced after being walked by a 3 Series.
I'm curious as to why sequential turbos or variable turbos haven't really been used yet. |

VM kit on order here. Building it around a GTx3582r twin scroll 1.06 AR. Payam is a top notch person and business man. He answers all questions without attitude or cockiness and kit build times are very reasonable. He ordered the materials for my kit before I had my deposit in.
BTW big thanks to 3000GT MR for shipping his downpipe back so Payam could jig and build integrated WG dumps on my kit. He is another stand up guy in this community. |

No. My kit hasn't gotten here yet. I am not really into making build threads all though I do appreciate them. I will put an experience and results thread post together once I am finished. I probably won't have a lot to add as there are a lot of single turbo kits being installed.
