maybe you bumped something loose, but the airbox can't really cause a CEL.

check for correct install of maf and the wiring. Disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 40 minutes. Sometimes this can reset errors.

Happened to me when I cleaned my air box. And all I have is a modified air box.

They'll clear it. If it comes back the problem is still there.

Normally the scanner they provide just reads "P" codes. I'd get it checked with a professional scanner that actually tells you which sensor is failing and decide from there to clear it or repair/replace said part.

I had the same problem with my AFE intake. So it's gotta be the MAF.

Clean maf if you messed it up with maf cleaner spray. But do it once as a last resort

Check air pipe connections

Probably sorted itself out after adapting or clearing the error. Glad it is now sorted out. Enjoy the Euro airbox induction!

Maybe needs more time to adapt, or just a superficial improvement. Surely induction sound is a bit nicer at least?

There isn't any difference in power if your charcoal filter was removed from your stock box.

Yep, I think that would make the bigger difference.
