Will this amp work in car?

I just purchased a replacement amp for my 09 E90 328I. the part number of the replacement amp is 6960925.

how can verify if this will work before i begin the install process?

in case this helps: the part number from the amp on the car is 9143156 and the one i bought is 6960925. everything else on the labels are pretty identical.
is there a resource i can go to that will tell if this will fit?
