Side skirt extension HELP

I'm looking to installing these extensions on my m3 side skirts but I'm looking for guides on how to easier, I'm not sure about certain things and locations of drilling and if I should just use the original screws.

Self tapping screws and a little planning. I did not follow a guide, I just used common sense and evenly distributed the spacing to ensure a more stronger hold. 3M tape is optional as a backup.

The cleanest would be to mock it up to factory holes and use the original screws or longer ones that are the same thread type as factory. use 3m as reinforcement.
