Small concern about removing a dealer badge

My dealer has already installed a sticking badge in the rear of the car

, which I demanded to be removed before delivery [next Thrusday].

Not to be in paranoia mode, but did you ever see a case that such a removal actually damaged the finish of the paint?

no worries man remove it using some warm water and rub it out

Just curious which dealership? I got mine from BMW Laval and it took me a whopping 30 sec. !!!

I bought my previous BMW at BMW Laval, new. But not this time. It is a 4200km car that BMW provided to one of their employee and I bought it through ... a VW dealer who owns a BMW dealership (Canbec?) as well. Weird but there were a few BMW in the lot.
