n52 performance exhaust worth it?

Local guy is selling performance exhaust for diesel e90 for 200 bucks(just exhaust)
Is it worth it to upgrade to performance exhaust on n52? Will diesel fit on gasoline model?

Looks just like n52 exhaust. Single inlet dual output.

EDIT muffler only

for 200 bucks, if it does fit, yes. There really are no gains that you could feel. It just sounds really good

If it's only $200 then it's definitely worth it. But I have no idea if it will fit.
