Rear wheels occasionally rub with 15mm spacers. What should I do?

Hey all,

A few weeks ago I installed a set of Renn Motorsport 15mm spacers on the rear wheels of my E92 328i. I'm running stock 255/35-18 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s on 197 wheels with M Sport suspension and I've had two instances of rubbing when hitting small dips on the highway going ~120-130 km/hr.

I also installed a set of 12.5mm spacers up front with zero issues. I've read that 12mm front and 15mm rear is the best option for a stock E92 setup, and I haven't experienced any rubbing other than this.

So, is it something that I should be concerned about? If so, what are my solutions? Fender rolling? Alignment? Ditch the spacers? I don't really know where to go from here.

Roll the fenders or get a smaller spacer. Personally I'd go for fender roll just for peace of mind, especially if you have wheel/suspension upgrades in mind for the future.

This isn't exactly rocket surgery. First of all, you gotta find out where you are actually rubbing. Only then can you figure out what your options are: more neg camber, smaller spacer, etc.
