Rear wheels occasionally rub with 15mm spacers. What should I do?
Hey all,
A few weeks ago I installed a set of Renn Motorsport 15mm spacers on the rear wheels of my E92 328i. I'm running stock 255/35-18 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s on 197 wheels with M Sport suspension and I've had two instances of rubbing when hitting small dips on the highway going ~120-130 km/hr. I also installed a set of 12.5mm spacers up front with zero issues. I've read that 12mm front and 15mm rear is the best option for a stock E92 setup, and I haven't experienced any rubbing other than this. So, is it something that I should be concerned about? If so, what are my solutions? Fender rolling? Alignment? Ditch the spacers? I don't really know where to go from here.

Roll the fenders or get a smaller spacer. Personally I'd go for fender roll just for peace of mind, especially if you have wheel/suspension upgrades in mind for the future.
