Xpel headlight protectors

Anyone install these? I put one on my right headlight to try it out and there is still some residual moisture/foggyness trapped under the film, even after a week. The directions say it should go away after a couple days...

I've been parking the car outside with the lights pointed at the sun but it's not getting any better. I'm kind of disappointed because this stuff is pretty awesome and thick, but it made the light look pretty terrible when you look at it up close. And now I'm worried that its going to leave a mess of adhesive if I try to remove it.

Thank you for the reply! It's been sunny and 70-80's here during that week. It does look to be getting better, albeit very slowly. I'll stick with it and keep everyone updated.

I have this installed on my e60's headlights. They are great. Install was simple... you can't even tell they are on the headlight because of how clear it is.

How long have you guys had to wait for the residual moisture to go away?

I agree, these are awesome! Hopefully mine clear up.

To be honest, mine didn't last long at all. It took maybe a few days for me not to notice any more spots. I used a hair blow dryer to help loosen up the headlight film while installing. I also squeegeed the hell out of it... It also came with fog light film as well which was installed pretty easily too

I would definitely recommend these though. Worth the price for sure.

Had it on mine for going on 7 years but only about 20k miles as I don't drive it much, but my headlights and the film still look like brand new - great stuff!!

Success! The fogginess is all gone. Took a couple weeks but its gone now. These look great! I wish I put them on awhile ago to prevent rock chips but oh well.
