These are genuine 19x8 and 19x9 BBS Style 230
Came with the car when I bought it.

Located in LA area, but willing to drive an hour to meet up. Will also ship if buyer is willing to pay.

There are some minor blemishes on the wheels because of the powder coating people swapping out my wheels

No cracks at all. I replaced the 230 wheels for style 313 wheels, so I don't need the 230 wheels anymore

Are these blemishes going to buff out, or they are scratches in the finish?

They are scratches on the finish. Nothing a little plasti dip can't fix. Also the 2nd wheel is the most noticeable.
