doesnt look so bad but i typically like it closer to the bumper. hard to tell in your pix but if you point them up anymore they wont look parallel to the ground?

Maybe this is a better angle. Any who, if it is a little low, can this be easily adjusted to sit closer to the bumper?

yes it can be easily adjusted up pending on the fabricator. he can shorten the runners and run a sleeve then adjust according. all depends how good or lazy he wants to be to make it look like a clean job. 20-40 bucks should cover it.

honestly it doesnt look all that bad. almost oem like.
