Cause for concern? Codes inside

So I changed from a catless vrsf downpipe 3.5" to the 4" catted ar downpipe today.... no other changes. Seem that the cars AFR is now off and these codes popped up that were not present before p28a0, p2bea and p2bc0. Car is protuned , FBO . I have no in dash warnings or codes, the codes above are readable via the the cobb and were not there before taking out the other downpipe. I have cleared them and they came right back. Should I be worried?

Well if it's protuned, then that tune was tailored for a catless downpipe. Now, you threw a cat into the mix, which is a huge change. Quite possibly the issue.

Just an FYI, not sure if this will help but I was FBO with Cobb / Protuned. I removed my 4in catless downpipe and went back to the stock downpipe. I have been running the same ProTuned map and never received any codes, nor had any issues reverting back to the stock dp.

*I will get a new map created but just wanted to throw out my experience.

Ha...well it's better than the stock..and the Mrs no longer hates me (she complained about the loudness and the smell constantly , we have a newborn) so happy wife happy life. I'm ok with the ten hp I lose between the two considering the above.

Yeah I feel you. Did u have an exhaust? I also installed catless downpipes and had a newborn but my wife didn't notice the loudness or the smell. I honestly don't think it's that loud. I have stock exhaust tho.

She did see my stock downpipes and got mad at me for buying something for my car but that's about it

Happy wife happy life ur right
