V2 - car stalling and dynamic drive indicator

Since I have had V2 installed I have had approx 5 car stalls. They have all been while sitting at lights or stop signs and completely still. On the other end, when at the top end of 2nd or 3rd gear I have heard a thunk sound and then the dynamic drive indicator comes on. I have had the fluid checked and everything is fine. It only stays on for a couple of secs and then goes away.

What gives?

Make sure your power and ground connections are solid. That's really about it. Did you do any other upgrades at the same time of installing your v2?

Have you been constantly messing with the torque settings...For some reason in my car when i adjust the torque settings each time after the adjustment the car stalls out once and never again until I mess with the settings again....So far its been a total of three times of me adjusting the torque settings and the car stalling...

Check your power connection. Adjusting user tq tables should have no effect on idle stability or stalling. The only thing that could cause stalling problems is updating firmware or resetting the PROcede (through the user software) while the car is running.

Nothing else. You would think that if it was a loose connection that it would be more prone to being tripped up while driving vs. stopped at a light.

Did it again today...riding down a smooth section of interstate at about 75mph. It felts like the car lost power for a split second. Then, about 2 mins later, the dynamic drive indicator came on again.......Anything else I can check?

Today I accelerated from a stoplight (3/4 tank of Shell 93) and it felt like I lost all power to the car (it was a hard jerk). It was only for a split second and didn't generate any warning or code. I have checked all connections and everything appears to be ok. What could this be?

this is exactly what i talked about on my other thread. there's a hard jerk and feels like you lose all power for split second. It used to happen to me only under WOT but now i get it time to time when cruising. All connections are fine.

I've had a similar jerk with no code at light throttle on a few occasions as well.

This isn't going to come out the way I want it to but, it almost feels like excessive gear lash. Like the car was just kind of in a steady state not accelerating or decelerating and when you begin to accelerate you get all this lash and quick jerk once it's taken up.

I know it isn't gear lash but, that is the way it feels. I'll roll into the gas, get little to no response, then a fairly hard jolt followed by acceleration. It's weird.

My Procede was replaced under warranty because it would just die and all my connections were perfect. Haven't had a problem since. Perhaps your Procede is on the fritz.

I get this from a stop light hitting the throttle (part throttle semi aggressively). Very Very annoying. Makes the car / me look like I can't drive and well did I say annoying. Tiptronic v202.

No, dynamic drive is different.

The optional Dynamic Drive active suspension system sets new standards in handling precision. Even in rapid cornering, it ensures optimum stability and comfort by minimizing body roll via active anti-roll bars on the front and rear axles. Dynamic Drive ensures that driver and passengers enjoy a smooth ride, even when the driving style is more sporting
