Right, but your vin number is still recorded once you buy it so there is evidence that you had the tune on your car.

Well, the Dinan dealers I questioned offer a free reflash if the dearer has to reset your ECU. So, seems like it can be undone w/ a dealer, ECU reflash.

I let you know on Friday as Instrument cluster is a xmas tree with the same errors with dtc, brakes...I had months ago. I'm told no cost for Dinan reload when BMW updates software due to defect under warranty. If you want to undo because you feel like then you pay for the change.
