3 Piece Rim Refinishing & Lips in Jacksonville?

Anyone know of anyone who can strip a powdercoat on lips and Polish them or paint them? Let me know locally, It also has a massive bend in one of the lips as well, if anyone can fix or recommend to buy new lips.

Look up tci they are off beaver st they charge me 35 dollar to powder coat the 22.5 off the buses I work on
