Used 07 335i

question guys..im a noob here..but i wanted to know what everyone thought of this deal...

07 335i coupe AW/CR..
3500 miles roughly

premium package
auto transmission
sport package(paddle shifters)
comfort access
rear park distance control
navigation
heated seats
ipod cable

msrp was $51,850..offering me $43,200 plus taking almost $1000 in payments left on my current car..

also promised me that they'd fix up the rear and front bumper because of some blemishes on it and everything else looked pretty flawless to me.

im trying to decide on this used one, or ordering a new one with a few different options, but for the most part it is the same, didn't really want/need active steering, but as long as it has this exact color combo, premium, sport, nav, auto and ipod..im good.

but what do u guys think i should do? is this a good deal? should i wait and order an 08?

Ok deal. Could be a bit cheaper, but more than fair with this kinda miles.
