E92 328i Varrstoen 9.5 with 22 in front and 10.5 with 22 rear

Hey guys, I am looking at purchasing Varrstoen ES7R re drilled from from 5x114.3 to 5x120 with 22 offset. So the fronts are 9.5 and rear is 10.5. The fenders on the rear are rolled, but I don't know how the 9.5 will do in the front with et22. I am also planning on buy H&R sport springs along with the wheels. Will it rub in the front? Will it hit the struts?
If yes, will the spacers fix it? I want the rims to look wide where the fenders are, for aggressive look

You wont have any issues with inner clearance at front. I recommend 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 tyres. Also you need to add some negative camber. I would skip the hr springs and get coilovers, so you get the ride height where you want. To be honest this kinda setup should be slightly lower than hr springs will get you and it wouldn't hurt to have camber plates at front, so it's adjustable.

Here is one with those exact specs http://varrstoen.com/news/es3-19-bmw...d-powder-coat/

These have 19x9.5 et20ish front and 19x11et25 rear which will extend 3mm more than 10.5 et22. So the 9.5 front isn't that uncommon.
