So my E91 showed up this morning. Park Lane rang yesterday to say that it would be delivered between 9am and 1pm. On my way into work I got a phone call. Nothing strange about that, apart from the fact it's the delivery driver call me at 08:12 to tell me, "The car is here, where are you?"
"Erm, just getting off the M3. See you in 10 minutes." <click>

Rush through the traffic, pull up and there he is, all shiney and blue sporting nice M-Sport wheels and scuff plates.

(can you tell I'm happy?)

Now I have my new bimmer, I promised you all pictures, but the weather is trashy here. Drizzle is a horrible state of weather.

As soon as it stops, if it ever stops, I'll go out and take some pics on the mobi and then show you. So pics later today.

Congrats. You should love the Touring. It is a great car to drive in 320d form - a lot more light-footed than the bigger engined cars.

BTW, no torch in the glove box. Aparently not supplied as standard any more.

wat?!?! really it shud be a short pen like one. nice and bright LED jobby! theres a little slot for it on the righthand side on the floor of the glovebox

I didn't get a torch as standard, so I complained to the salesman and lo and behold he reappeared a few minutes later with a torch for me (nicked off some unsuspecting punter's car I suspect).
