E92 Taillight overlays??

Where can i get these tail lights?? Are they simply tinted/cleared?? Looks like the top portion is smoked/tinted/overlayed and the lower portion is cleared??

I tried doing a search but did not find what i was looking for... does anyone know or is there a DIY on how to put on these overlays?

I got mine from Bimmian.com, do a search on my threads to find pics, its the whole light that is covered up, not the bottom or top half.
