SS midpipes to PE?

Quick question guys.

I picked up SS midpipes since they were on sale, and I am planning on getting them installed on Wednesday.

How nice do these play with the PE? Will much modification be required?
I'm also worried about diameter size, since the SS midpipes are 2" and I'm not sure what the diameter is to where it connects. I prematurely ordered some 2" VBands, but now I'm worried I made a mistake.

Anyone care to impart some wisdom?

I have an e92 and had to cut off about 2 inches off the mid pipe. This length can very depending on where the exhaust was cut for the PE installation. Pipe diameter is the same.

Angle grinder will make short work of them.
