That's a pretty wide range of engine and drivetrain options there. Price is going to vary greatly .

It's caz most of these are in the US.

Looking at the Preowned database in BMW.ca, upper limit for 35k, there's a 06' 325i w/ 63000 km for 32k in Waterloo. There are 3 323i listed but that's about it within Ontario...

I have a 2002 Acura TL in my garage with less than 55,000km on it.

I know that is not specifically what you are looking for right now but you can buy it for $15K and put the rest of your money into shorting the US Nasdaq. In a year you will have enough money to buy an M3. If this sounds like a plan let me know... otherwise my teenager will be getting the TL!

No it's canadien, has full extended warranty. Bought a new car for spring.All serviced at Maranello.

How come you don't have a license plate in the front ?

I like the clean look with no holes in the front. Police look at my car all the time, but never realize the front plate is off. The car is also debadged and the maranello dealer plate is replaced. A very clean look to it. Will update the pictures by next week. Not in a real hurry to sell it. Stored this winter.
