It has finally arrived!!
:lov e::wor d:
Am i happy or what? I'm finally a true E92 owner!!! I know the haters will also say i bought a cock extension but whatever!! I pick it up on the 1st of march 2008!!! The stealer was telling me about some stuff called A-Glaze and the same for rims, do you lot know about this? and is it worth it? Apparently its a coating for the exterior paint and interior leather. Is it worth it? |

I don't think it is worth it. It is an excuse for the stealer to make a bit of extra cash.
It used to be oil and engine additives in the 70s but everything was geared to put some extra money in the dealer's pocket. Mine asked £300 for the "paint protection." |

congrats and welcome to the E92 club
I had full supagard put on my car, and i have to say, when the car is washed the dirt just slips of the paintwork. Its well worth it. Cant comment on the cock extension tho |

Most detailers will tell you that the BMW paint protection products are not financially worthwhile.
You're likely to save yourself a lot of cash, if you're prepared to put the work in yourself. Have a look here. Congratulations, BTW. All the best. Viv |

I went with the paint protection,in hindsight I think I should have saved the money and got a Detailer to to do the work instead,it might have cost more,but it probably would have been far better then the offering from BMW. Quote:
I wonder if Viv is so good at cleaning around the house,I rather suspect that it's Mrs.Viv who does the censoring By the way Viv,I always get confused over the correct use of the words come & cum, apologies.

As for 'coming & 'cuming', I think you need to speak to Steve about that issue- he'll make it very clear for you, Ian, I'm sure. Viv |

Congrats Bablo on your car. I pick up mine this Friday, can't wait. I woudn't go for the glaze it's just a cash grab I removed it off my vette because I wasn't happy with the shine and it's hard to work with if you get scratches.
