HELP NFRM3 coding retrofit Xenon from Halogen (bulbs only)

I searched hence the post.

I retrofitted the Halogen bulbs to Xenon bulbs plus Balasts.
Changed all the values to nicht_aktiv
in Kalt and warm etc... Still getting the error codes. after I read my NFRM.

Then I tried to code and nothing, no changes. I know it works because I changed my elektrochrom to night_aktiv and mirrors did not dim.

When I read my NFRM, I get only a 37kb file for some reason, and many of the values are missing. But somehow I managed to load a 235kb file earlier. Any ideas why this is happening?
Is my NFRM cooked?

What else I can do?
Does reversing polarity on the wires do anything?

add $522 to vo frm and cas then code default frm

I tried all suggestions and nothing. Still get error codes.

default code and vo write should be all done in expert profile not coding profile
