I just wanted to give the E90/91ers an inexpensive option of getting rid of their Amber reflectors. Afterall, I know how much the majority of the community hates the US-Spec Amber reflector look and LOVES the European look.

If you're not into the US-Spec or European Headlight reflector look, **********s also has many other colors and looks to cover up that Amber on your BMW's headlight!

Installation is simple and require NO modification to the headlight housing! All you have to do is simply apply the vinyl over the amber part of your headlight in order to hide / diffuse the amber color.

One of the advantages this kit has is an application tape to assist you with the installation. This application tape helps the installer to not touch the adhesive backing during installation.
Why is this important? Well, any contact with the adhesive may cause the vinyl to possibly peel or improperly adhere to your headlights; therefore, with these "aids", you will have a cleaner, more durable, and greater looking BMW E90!!

The pictures here and on the website are the only pictures we have. We have sold many of these, so you can try searching for the pictures..

Or if anyone is kind enough to post their pictures of their Vinyls, specifically etched vinyl / Black CF vinyl on an AW e90, it would be greatly appreciated!

From what I've seen, though, I would have to say the regular etched has a whiter color than the silver etched glass. I'm not too sure about how well it hides the amber compared to silver etched glass. Either way, you can always get two to overlap each other and diffuse the amber even more

hey i first got one of hunter's vinyls. they werent perfect fit, and then **********s came out with one. which wasnt perfect fit either. since this is a new thread, is it a new vinyl cutout? will it completely cover the amber

I've heard about that as well. These are the same, but the last time I checked, we were trying to make sure the cut was as perfect as it could get. The thing is, it all varies on the angle you're seeing it and how well you installed your vinyl on your headlight.

Mmm... smoked is actually not possible on Vinyl. But, I can try and contact the company and ask if they could get us a "gray" color instead. Maybe a light/dark/medium graY? I'll go ahead and contact them right now.

that'd be great. thanks! it'd be interesting to see how they look on a black car (i have sapphire black). i don't know if i really want the CF look...rather have something that looks more natural i guess you could say

I got a message from the manufacturer, and they told me they have a "shadow gray". It was said that it lets about 10% light through but i'll keep everyone posted on what's going on.

Alright MikeM5, everyone. For those that are interested in the "smoked" vinyls, I got official information about making smoked overlays for you.

This is how it has to go though. This is pretty much going to turn into a group buy, but I need to gain some interest for it first.. At least 10 for the company to actually start producing it.

The material is made by 3M, and it is a smoke gray diffusor film. It's definitely high quality vinyl. The price is only $58/set shipped, and a minimum of 10 people. I will create a listing on the **********s website for the first 10 people on the list to deposit the price. Once we have the deposits of the 10 people who wants it, we will process the order completely, and it will take approximately 5 business days to cut and ship it out. Let me know what everyone thinks! I will be posting this on the OP as well, along with updated list of names.
