DSC, Dynamic Stability Control disabled. Why?

Dumped my car's config with NCSExpert and saw this line set to disabled: DSC
I know this is a safety feature and wonder why it's set to disabled. I had someone code my car about an year ago for a CIC retrofit, and wonder if he disabled it by accident or on purpose.

Is it safe to enable it? I don't know if my car supports it, and don't want to break anything. I know I have DTC though. My car also doesn't throw any errors and runs smooth as butter.

This is on my 2007 E92.
