New Audi S4, 3.0 TT
Sorry if this is a repost. But looks like audi is putting TT line up back in their s4's.
Nice with the TT rs4 coming out a turbo swap shouldnt be too hard to do. http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/20/a...-3-0l-tfsi-v6/

Good to see they are finally going in the different direction! i really had the problem with their smooth, gas gizzling V8s.
I feel thet Audi is filling up the niche between the raw BMW performance cars and luxurious Mercedes cars. They are nice but every time I drive one, I feel like the car is simply not oriented towards performance (although the data suggests otherwise). That being said, I would probably drive an S/RS5 if it had turbos. I would surely modify the crap out of it |

Damn. Why couldn't they have put that in the S5. Hopefully not too many of us will have to run into a lot of those. We may be bmw fanatics, but few do turbos better than audi/vw.

Great news! Audi needs to stick to doing what they do best. Shiv needs to get a hold of one...

very nice looking car - not only it will have more power, but it's alot better looking 4 door than the e90. never a big fan of Audis but it's hard to ignore them these days as they are making some real nice cars and the interiors..man.. awsome stuff. now they will be back doing what they do best - turbos.

The new A4/S4 is a huge size upgrade from the current on. It is 4 inches longer than E90!

Hopefully the bigger size doesn't equate to massive weight gains.

I don't like the rear end at all..I prefer the B6 and B7 a lot more. I wonder how much more $ this will be than the B7 S4. |

As far as I know, nobody knows for sure yet if the engine is TT, Supercharged or NA. There is a lot of confusion on the forums.
My buddy is a Audi maniac and he says it's not sure yet.

The B5 platform was the one I was after. You can make those cars into rockets. Esp now with the market, they are slapping dual gt28's on them instead of the K04's and making massive HP. Thats what they need to do with the 335i. Hint hint I have a friend that works for GIAC and someone told me some very interesting things.
