Floor mats - really a difference between i / xi layouts??

I'm looking at a set of front floor mats... the listing says they're suitable for 2005-2011 but NOT for cars with xdrive?

Is there really a noticeable difference?

May be a stupid question but they'd be shipped from Germany and I don't feel like wasting the time/money!

Driver side is a bit different for the hump in the transmission tunnel for the transfer case.

bavarian tech is correct, the driver's side has a hump on the right side for the transfer case.
