Feels like something is knocking?

Hello everyone, just wanted to if anyone can figure this out before I take it into a shop. The other day I ran the car on map 5, was getting maybe 11-14psi. The can ran great, had no problems with it at all. After 6 pulls, I went home and drove about 60 miles. Last night I try to run the car and when I went to shift into 3rd with the shift light coming on, the car felt like it was misfiring. After that the check engine light came on, I tried to clear it and it didn't work. This morning I didn't drive it to work, took the train and when I got home from work.. Tried to clear the codes and on the cold start. The car started to vibrate really hard and felt as if there was knock.. I tried to drive it up the block and when going into gear, I had to give it more gas than normal.

Do you think it's a coil pack issue? I changed that less than 40k miles ago.. Or maybe it's one of the injectors? I would post a video of the codes but the car hasn't ran long enough for the codes to read.

You need a better code reader, they should be stored.

Otherwise, I'd pull the plugs and look at them first.

It doesn't sound like just 1 plug or 1 coil, the car should run with 1 cylinder down. So it may be something like a fuel pump perhaps.

You can try pulling the spark plugs and seeing what they look like for starters, IE fouled with fuel

Agreed with everyone else on spark | coils. Next in line is injectors.

Maybe the OCc is clogged and causing the issue.

Garage List
Pull the coilpacks one at a time with the engine running to determine which cylinder is suspect. Then move that coilpack to a different cylinder to diagnose whether it's a bad coilpack or something else.

If you have jb4 just plug the USB into your computer and read the code, see what it is and if it's a missfire move the coil pack, if the miss fire changes to a different bank then you have a bad coil, happened to when I installed jb4..

I would not change anything until you can read the codes.
A JB4/Cobb will read the codes for you.
