2010 N54 with 60k miles FBO never ran any e85 or meth

Around 32k miles upon WOT sometimes I'd get a 29f2 and 29e2 and the cars fan would be extremely loud. This happened very rarely and only in the triple digits speeds and going WOT in 5th gear

Last year around 40k turbos were replaced, all leaks were fixed, all vacuum lines were replaced, lpfp sensor replaced but problem was still there. Also would get 2aaf every time and 29e0 and 29e1 once in a while.

Now at 60k the problem is still here. I just had two boost leak tests done and no leaks were found. They checked the IC piping, most vacuum lines, spent a good amount of time looking and found nothing. Also had car walnut blasted and valves weren't that bad and yielded no difference. My map sensor was broken ended up replacing that too.

Car was slow to make 12-13 PSI on 93 pump gas in map 5 but my waste gate settings were fucked.

Fixed them to what's stock and did a pull and car was boosting 14-15 psi before it cut off all fuel and I got 29f2 and 29e2 again. Also threw me in map 4.

What can be wrong because I am stumped. The injectors are index 9 and the car still has original coils and hpfp/lpfp.

you should replace your coils and plugs at the same time and see what happens..

The plugs were all replaced at 40k miles and now at 60k they look brand new.

I think I will replace the coils and see what yields from that. My DCI are also dirty black will get new ones too.

those codes , my guess is Failing HPFP or a faulty Injector

No I did not they were done at the dealer.

My guesses is the HPFP as its original. For peace of mind I would want my injectors replaced to the newest index number too. I don't think however they are leaking. Back in 2011 around 23k miles they were replaced so I imagined I'd have the newest revision not the 9. But maybe 9 was new back then?

Plugs only last 20-25K miles when tuned.

Also they may appear to look good but the actual issue is the gap. As the plugs wear out the gap increases, so check the gap and make sure they are in spec.

Your other codes are fuel related so could be a failing HPFP.

Plugs should be changed every 15-20K on a tuned car so you are at the change interval. I would start there.

Bosch OE plugs every 20-25k (sooner never hurts)

NGK 5992- 10-15k

OP, swap those suckers out.

Check your coil for any lube that the dealer put it there. There was thread here where the guy went crazy over a cylinder 2 misfire. Changed every possible thing and all it was is that the dealer put electric lube on the coil and caused a bad connection with the plugs..

symptoms sound like a failing hpfp to me. Any long cranks or anything like that?

Never any long cranks

Was holding 16.5 psi but I hit 30ff again too.

Also got the fuel codes. Fuel codes also Make the engine fan go crazy.

Still get 30FF more often than ever.

However

3rd Gear pulls the car was making 17.5 PSI in Map 5. Adjusting the wastegate settings and setting the boost limiter to a bit higher. I think that is too much boost what do you guys think?
