120,000 mile HPFP warranty only good for one replacement?

My problem child is down with another failed HPFP. Long stumbly cranks, half power icon, and it's throwing 29DC and 29F2 errors. (pulled with BMW Logger) It was last changed in 2013, about 30k miles ago. When I called to schedule service i was told by the SA that the extended (class action law suit) HPFP warranty is only good for a single redemption. Is this true?

no its not. They have to replace it every time it fails..

On your third total? My car is just over 100k miles, and this is at least my 4th pump, 2nd since the 50,000 mile warranty ended.
