Any BMW service technicians here?

I've recently bought an E90 M3 AUC and have a few questions about the AUC report.

Just after an opinion on whether I should be accepting the condition of a few items or if BMW are very strict on wear and tear thresholds.

This is before I take the question up with BMW UK !

Its a solid car and the best out of the 6 I drove but few things bugging me.
