I just got a call from the dealer that my car is scheduled to enter production in 11th week. That makes mid-March? Am I correct?

Also, when can I ask the dealer about the VIN number so I can track things myself?

I'm week Ten. I had to re-order. But you won't get a VIN until it actually enters production. He should be able to give you a production number and you can track it that way on the Owners Circle, or the 800 number.

How about the 11 week question? Is week 10 first week of March? Sorry, I am just way too new to this

Just an FYI, once the OC site shows the car in production (or maybe it was when it was scheduled for production, it's been so long I don't remember) the VIN number is available on the OC site.

Well, according to a rep I spoke to today, mine should be completed by the 2nd or 3rd of March.

So, part of my car is produced in March.

I just called bmw and confirmed week 10 is next week. The car can enter production any day next week. They dont have visibility into that in the system now.

not track mine on BMW since I bought mine through military sales
overseas.
