sos malfunction, no warning tones. no radio, cd no sound!

help pls!!

I have 2007 335i with 97000km. i lost sound driving on the highway. i bought an amplifier thinking this is what caused it replaced it still no sound.

does anyone have an idea what problem could this be?

i scanned the car it reads,
can bus unit not communicating
jbe malfunction

Anything on the Most Bus can cause this problem . You might try bypassing the TCU or Mulf with a most loop jumper.
Also check fuses and power for the same. Look up JBE in the above.

In the order of things that fail.
The amp is most likely and usually due to water in the Trunk.
The TCU or Mulf could also go bad .

i had this stupid problem for over a year. my sound system is wastegate rattling. I tries to replace the amp. Im not sure if amp needs programming but this didnt work either.

whats most bus? can bus connection? also when bluetooth module goes sound system malfunctions too?

I am assuming you have the logic 7 system. What options do you have that use MOST? Do you see a red light when you disconnect the green fiber optic cables from the amp?

You could always get an aftermarket headunit and amp and be done with it.

i do have logic 7. ive heard that aftermarket amp give you static. its faint but you can still hear it.
