GTC aka Gentech wheels

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experiences with GTC wheels? They are a cast wheel very similar to VMR which are popular here in Australia. I see them pop up all the time for sale but have never heard any issues with them. They have VIA/ JWL certifications and are made in Taiwan like VMR and other similar brands. Lots of members are running them without any bad reports (from what I can find online) and thought Id get some feedback from those who have had them.

Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.

based in the look of the wheels and their design, id say its the same vendor VMR gets their wheels from so the quality should be good.

They seem to use the exact designs as VMR and some people have said they are from the same factory even. I did find a post from a VMR rep on here that said they are not made in the same factory and GTC use their design. Not sure if VMR has officially licensed their design but they definitely look identical.

If the US - Aus exchange rate was better I'd be buying 19" Apex but the cost and international shipping really makes the price creep up quickly. I don't track the car or anything so spending twice the amount on Apex doesn't seem worth while for me.
