Hey guys I started getting mis fires so I thought it was my coils so I went ahead and ordered new coils and plugs I went to change them and found oil in my spark plug areas so I changed my vcg the install went smooth no oil leaking at all but problem is my car keeps mis firing badly at first it was mis firing in cylinder 5 and 6 and now it's in 1 and 2 when I floor the hell out of my car it pulls fine and strong.. When I push the gas half way it starts mis firing again so I have no clue what to do someone told me it could possibly the vanos.. Or maybe do I need to do walnut blasting? Could oil have possibly dropped into the cylinder? And into the combustion chamber allowing the mis Fire? Could it be as simple as getting walnut shell blasting to fix my problems? Also the car starts up fine and idles fine just when I go to drive it starts mis firing... Thanks for your time guys!

It couldn't be my injectors the car ran fine before I changed my vcg so I'm clueless I'm going to take 3 steps first change the oil if that's not the problem I'm doing walnut blasting if that's not the problem I'm going to clean the vanos hopefully one of those fixes my problem

You seem to be on the right track. The vanos sol's are super easy to clean as well.

Check your codes that will tell you what's happening.
Cleaning your valves is a must do thing.
