She's shifting a bit rough these days

Doesn't seem to be seamless anymore, seems like a slight hiccup when it shifts in manual mode. I've got the alpina b3 flash on it currently, it started acting up with the 2011 flash in M mode after about 3000 miles, previously had alpina B3 w/o any issues.

B3 is not as bad as the 2011 flash. Car has 63K miles.

Just "slide her around the twists a bit" should fix that right away, ThatRWD.

Get it looked at. Hopefully as simple as a failed seal.

I'm surprised people still remember that

Which seals are we talking about? Is there a DIY for it? In case I wasn't clear before by seamless I mean it's not smooth, there is a small jolt with every shift in M mode, except 5th and 6th gear. Shifts are also slower because of this jolt, it seems as though the transmission has to go over a rough hump before switching into the next gear.

I've done an adaptations reset as well with inpa
