Help diagnose this sound *sound clip included*
This past Friday I had my downpipes installed and switched over to JB4 map 2. Car runs strong, no codes/issues however after I push it, the next time at idle I hear some knocks/thuds that I never had an issue with in map 1.
The video is not the best and you'll need to raise the volume. Excuse the Nav tray being annoying.

Changed to map 5 and same sound issue when the car warms up at idle. Also have noticed that my Turbosmart BOV doesn't seem to open as fully as before.
Spark plugs and coils have not been replaced in the 3.5 years/22k miles I've owned the car. Possible incorrect sensor install during downpipe install?
