Chicagoland Dealer for Walnut Blasting

Hey guys - I have a 335d and am finally getting the codes that indicate carbon build up. I say finally because I've been quietly hoping it would throw the codes before my CPO warranty was up (CBU is covered by CPO on diesels)

Cleaning out a diesel is a bit more complicated than a gasser. I posted a request for Chicago area dealer referrals in the diesels forum but so far no joy. Hoping to get some recommendations from gasser owners that have had good experiences with a dealer doing walnut blasting.

Even if the dealer I chose hasn't done it before I figure if they have a reputation for doing a good job on gassers I'll get similar service.

I'm in the west suburbs so a west suburban dealer would be preferred but I'll travel within reason if there's a clearly superior dealer somewhere.

Thanks.

Hey any advice on dealership in the area? I recently moved to Chicago area and don't see any recommendations for a dealership.

Try LukeG's Werkshop. A bunch of us Chicagoland locals bring our E9x's to him. Great reputation in the BMW community, very meticulous, knowledgeable and reasonable on pricing. I would bring my 335 to him over the dealership any day of the week.

PM'd - I assume he's asking for the name of a dealer because he's still under CPO. Even the cheapest indy can't beat the $50 CPO deductible.
