Interesting code and issue

So i recently got a code,
2DED and
2ABD
30FF

So the first code is a low power which can trigger the cars anti theft programming aka if BMW shuts down the car..

Which is basically what it felt like.

the car just lost all power and stalled out right to 0 rpm.

took like 6 tries but finally started back up and would misfire under high accel.

any ideas? lol

I got the 2DED code along with 30FF when I went WOT with a tune. Car didnt stall just reduced power until code was cleared. In my case it was a vacuum leak.

2ded has to do with something draining your battery when the car is off. I get this code occasionally, figured it was my dying battery or something I'm leaving plugged in but it's never caused issues, it will not cause an SES light. So the 30ff might be the once causing your limp mode

i get 2DED whenever i forget and leave my access port or OBD tool plugged in for some time. it triggers a code if there is a measurable drain on the battery.
