BOV or throttle problem?

2010 135i 81k miles, fbo, jb4 w/nls and BE flash
Titek chargepipe w/ HKS bov

Having an issue where when i left off the throttle at high rpm my BOV is VERY delayed, almost a whole second or so. Only happens at WOT and high rpm.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a possible vacuum/boost leak. The air is escaping out of the point of least resistance first.

Wouldn't a boost leak that large throw a code?

Not always, it'd depend on the severity of the leak.

Sounds vacuum related to me too.

Are you using the stock vacuum line to the BOV from the manifold?
