Bimmerkit & Duke Dynamics Diffusor

I've read that bimmerkit and duke dynamics is hit or miss? Has anyone had experience with them recently? If so, how did it go? And I know there are ton of threads on this, but nothing has come up recently about them..

I am looking to order a carbon fiber (58cm) quad diffusor from them.

From what I have read, it is only a miss if you have a e90. It will always be a hit for a e92.

I have an e92 ordered the dual port carbon fiber diffuser with fins. I ordered it January and 2 months after I emailed them and they said it would ship out in a week. 3 months later, in July,I filed the claim they claimed they were switching factories and using dry carbon fiber instead of wet and itwould ship out next week, then it was like 2-3 weeks and I filed a dispute and they wouldn't even respond to PayPal. I got my money back but I would not deal with them. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. The diffuser looks so good tho haha, but definitely the company is a POS. I thought all the issues were from a couple years ago, but they did not change their customer service at all, no communication they are just out there trying to scam people cause they waited until I filed a claim to respond.

I think they did actually move though. I have no clue but their have been plenty whom have complained about the service as well. I optd to buy it off another forum member.

Yeah I wanted to disregard all the reviews cause the fins look so nice, you could try buying it through PayPal and if they don't get it to you, then file a dispute and get your money back. Worst comes to worst you wait 6 months for nothing LOL, but as long as you don't lose money.

Yeah I would go trough paypal only, with this car part and all car parts in the future. Only guys that I haven't paypal is modbargais (because they didn't offer it), but their customer service pretty good.

Ordered mine in February. Said it takes 6 weeks to ship so I waited 4 weeks with no updates and called and there was a problem with the one I ordered but everything was sorted. I called once a week for an update and sometimes he didn't pick up but returned my call. I finally got it in July, looks good and will have it installed hopefully this week. I've read a lot of horror stories and took the chance, you just need some patience with them. If you want pics just let me know and I'll post some.

Looks great! Did you talk to someone from bimmerkit OR duke dynamics to get your order? Maybe if someone personally oversees it, then it will be a good outcome. Thanks for the pic. Installed pics will look great! what exhaust do you have?

Their molds for E90s aren't consistent, suffice to say the second diffuser I got from them after an accident destroyed the first one was much better although fitment was still iffy.

I live by Duke Dynamics and was there just last week. I love their diffusors but I still have a stock bumper.
I believe they are not scammers just very busy guys. They have shut down their factory in China and production is now in Vancouver so that they can keep an eye on quality. But they are backed up and they told me anyone wanting a refund should go through Paypal. Their products are good quality but you will have to be reeeeally patient if you want their stuff.*They also don't spend much time responding to emails which I told them makes people mad but they are just too busy working on production.

I talked to a guy named Chris. He was confident that he would get me diffusor that has good fitment for my E92. I'll probably order within next couple days. I'll let this thread know how it goes! Does anyone have experience with "Chris" at Duke Dynamics?

I honestly don't remember the name of the person I talked to but it was always the same person answering the phone so I'm assuming it's him. Very nice guy
