guys am looking for straight forward answer

spacers 12.5 mm front 15mm rear with m sport suspension and 19" as i read somewhere 10mm will case vibration
do you recommend ?
do i need alignment?

Get hubcentric machined finished spacers. Clean your hubs with PB Blaster and a wire brush. Tighten in the star pattern to factory settings. You won't have any issues unless you buy cheap spacers, already have an unbalanced or bent wheel. You don't need an alignment, it won't hurt to get one, but it's not required.

Same as above. Buy a good brand name spacer (and extended bolts), clean your hubs, torque correctly and you'll be totally fine. Been through many sets of spacers on many cars. Only had an issue once with some cheap Chinese spacers and bolts.
